Te informamos que, de acuerdo con la comunicación del Banco de la República (DICE/MOL), el próximo 25 de septiembre de 2026 se realizará una ventana de mantenimiento en los sistemas de la EASPBVI Gou Payments.
Ventana: 25 de septiembre de 2026, 06:00 – 07:30 (hora Colombia) Se incluye un buffer operativo de 30 minutos sobre la ventana del proveedor (06:00 07:00).
Entidad afectada: Bre-B / SPBVI Gou Payments Producto afectado: Transacciones Bre-B asociadas a Gou Payments (payins y payouts / On-Us, IntraSPBVI e InterSPBVI según aplique) Tipo de afectación: Mantenimiento programado (posible indisponibilidad o intermitencia durante la ventana)
Durante esta ventana, las operaciones Bre-B asociadas a Gou Payments podrían no estar disponibles o presentar intermitencias. Te recomendamos programar tus operaciones fuera de esta franja.
Esta situación corresponde a una afectación externa atribuida a Gou Payments (EASPBVI); no está relacionada con una falla en los servicios de Cobre.

According to Banco de la República (DICE/MOL), on September 25, 2026, EASPBVI Gou Payments will carry out a scheduled maintenance window on its systems.
Window: September 25, 2026, 6:00 a.m. – 7:30 a.m. (Colombia time) A 30-minute operational buffer is included over the supplier window (6:00 a.m. – 7:00 a.m.).
Affected entity: Bre-B / SPBVI Gou Payments Affected product: Bre-B transactions associated with Gou Payments (payins and payouts / On-Us, IntraSPBVI, and InterSPBVI as applicable) Impact type: Scheduled maintenance (possible unavailability or intermittency during the window)
During this window, Bre-B operations associated with Gou Payments may be unavailable or intermittent. Please schedule your operations outside this window.
This is an external impact attributable to Gou Payments (EASPBVI) and is not related to any failure in Cobre’s services.
